Terry has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry since qualifying in 1983, gaining experience across both the private and public sectors.

Currently, Terry specialises in healthcare and education projects, bringing a wealth of expertise and insight to these important fields. As a former Education Officer for the West Midlands region of CIAT, he continues to maintain a broad range of professional interests.

Terry was also a regular contributor to the Grand Designs Live exhibitions, where he serves as an Expert Advisor, proudly representing TNM Architecture.
 

In addition to his design expertise, Terry is highly experienced in the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM). His expertise ensures compliance with health and safety requirements across all stages of a project. With a meticulous approach to risk management, he safeguards clients, contractors, and teams while promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
 

Terry is also a member of the Conduct Committee for CIAT London, where he contributes to maintaining professional standards and promoting excellence within the architectural technologist community.
 

In his spare time, Terry is a passionate golfer with a single-figure handicap. He has captained his golf club on three occasions and recently held the prestigious position of Club President.
