As a CIAT Chartered Practice, we offer a tailored service through all work stages from briefing through to handover. We will interrogate the brief and establish at the outset what our client is looking to create at the same time maximising value and return. We will explore the opportunities available within the constraints of the brief to arrive at an acceptable outcome to carry forward through Town Planning and Building Control legislation and ultimately to seeing the project rising out of the ground.

We are happy to be involved in some or all stages of project development and our fee will be tailored to the service required. Our current client base ranges from the Individual Homeowner to Local Government Departments, Design and Build Contractors, Residential Care Providers, Housebuilders, Industrial and Commercial Ventures and Education Providers.
