Recently joined as a affiliate member of CIAT and wanted help with progressing onto Charted Membership and was pointed in the direction of the Mentormatch.me facility offered by CIAT. I think that you bought a no nonsense attitude to the sessions, I feel as if it was both abrasive in a way seen, as from my recollection not many of my previous lecturers were like, but also refreshing and I think that it did give me a kick in the rear to try and think more critically about my work and be set and justified in my decision making which i think was boost for me. Having regular communication with you through email and those one on one sessions was greatly appreciated as being able to ask someone who has a lot of experience within the field made things a little less daunting. Overall a great lecturer for my third year.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for your help and guidance with my application for my chartered status. I think if it wasn’t for your gentle push in the right direction to make a start with what seemed to be a daunting task I would never have completed this. I am now proud to say I am now a chartered architectural technologist which has given myself a massive boost and proud to wear the CIAT badge of honour.

As a fresh graduate with a few years experience in industry, going on your own can be daunting and the CIAT mentoring scheme has helped me massively. I chose Nick as my CIAT mentor after finding his profile online. Nick has been extremely helpful with any questions I have, he is always there on the end of the phone if I need advice. Being able to pick Nick's brain about setting up and running a practice has been so helpful. I would strongly recommended the CIAT mentoring scheme it has helped me out so much.

Residential House Extension, Kingswinford - August 2020​

"We approached TNM design to create our new rear kitchen and lounge extension.

The brief was relatively short and simple:-

 

“to create a modern and contemporary working kitchen with skylights and bi-fold doors"

From the off,  the guys were superb in their approach and the initial designs were exactly to our dream requirements. TNM took the concept through design stage with us and into Building Regulations for approval which at all times throughout the process their approach was expedient and extremely diligent.

 

Throughout the build TNM responded and assisted with technical build queries we had and were always only a call away to support whenever we had any queries during the build. A superb process from inception through to completion and the overall design has lead us to our dream kitchen and lounge extension. Fantastic design and extremely pleased with the final results.

 

Would certainly recommend TNM (already have done in fact; on more than one occasion since)
