TNM Architecture were appointed by Deol Developments Ltd in 2020 appointed to re-configure the existing office layouts to provide a mix of eight one and two bed apartments within the Grade II listed structure. TNM have provided a mix of modern and design, whilst retaining the period features of the existing. The Architecture team has provided a high quality planning package to Wolverhampton City Council which is currently being assessed with a decision date due in late March 2021.
