Barn Conversion, South Staffordshire

TNM Architecture were approached by a client in early 2019 who had already partially demolished some of his existing barn after being given some ambiguous advice by the previous Design Team. Nick Chapman and the TNM Architecture team were appointed to re-configure layouts to give a modern spacious design, whilst retaining the period features of an agricultural building. The team provided a new planning package of drawings to South Staffordshire Council to form a new planning application package and susbsequently, discharged outstanding conditions on the Clients behalf. The project has subsequently been constructed with TNM Architecture providing the on-site management of the development.

The clients words -"We were recommended to approach TNM design when our architect had let us down leaving us in a pickle!

TNM Architecture immediately took on board the necessary requirements to progress our planning application with the Local Council and agreed the necessaries i.e. discharge of conditions, so we could get back on track with our barn conversion. Believe me this was no mean feat and TNM professionally delivered for us.

TNM Architecture provided excellence visuals to match our requirements and was always at the end of the phone to deal with any technical queries.

I would recommend their services as they are top professionals in their field and always deliver to a high standard. In fact, a passer-by approached us for our architect's details, and I was happy to pass on."
